Central Intermediate School

5th and 6th-grade boys' basketball tryouts will be held on Tuesday, October 10, and Thursday, October 12 at Shepherd Middle School. The 5th grade will meet from 4:00-5:30, and the 6th grade will meet from 5:30-7:00. Attendance at both days of tryouts is mandatory. All boys who want to participate must have a current sports physical, a concussion form, and an insurance form completed and turned in to the school office before the first day of tryouts. Boys who are interested need to tell their teacher, and they will be added to a list. The office will verify if students are missing any paperwork, and will send it home with your student.
