
Student Expectations for E-Learning:
Third-Sixth Grade Students
1. Check in through TeacherEase by 8:20 AM (Student or a parent)
-Click login with Google (student), or login with your parent credentials
-Follow the prompts to check in for attendance
2. Students are required to either join the live Google Meets at 9:00 AM or watch the posted video lessons at a later time.
3. Students should begin working on assignments following the lesson via Google Meets or Google Classroom
4. Students must submit all assignments through Google Classroom prior to returning to school during the next in-person attendance day.
5. Students are still subject to each school's homework/assignment policies for the work assigned on the emergency day.

Today, State troopers Sgt. Matt and Trooper John visited Central for a K-9 demonstration for our students. The presentation was very informative, as well as entertaining! Thank you Sgt. Matt and Trooper John for taking the time to visit our school!






Due to the inclement weather, we are canceling all after after school activities. This includes: the wrestling meet (there will not be practice, either), volleyball practice, and FCS practice. As a reminder to families, we are on a Tuesday schedule with a 2:20 dismissal today.

Central Teachers stepped it up for our Snowman themed day!





Team Lead visited Pleasant View Nursing home and performed a readers' theater about the Grinch. They also sang Christmas Carols and were able to visit with the residents.

Mrs. Sanders, Mrs. Heth, FCS, and the Shepherd choir performed at the Kris Kringle Market recently.



On Thursday, December 7, Central and Shepherd hosted Literacy Night. Students, staff, and families had fun answering trivia questions about the books they had read and enjoyed some yummy snacks. Everyone had a great time!


On December 5, the DoChange Mentor Program from Ottawa High School visited Central School to have lunch with our September and October Champions of the Charter. The high school students were able to have lunch with our students, and a little fun at recess! Thank you to Mr. Amm, Mrs. Parrot, and all of the student mentors for helping our champions celebrate their accomplishment!





On Friday, December 1, our Friendly City Sound students performed at Pleasant View Nursing Home, and at Freezing for a Reason. They did an outstanding job!
