• Arrival and Departure Procedures:

Outside Procedures:

-We will attempt to be outside as much as possible. If it is 25 degrees or warmer we will be going outside. If there is snow, we will be allowed to play in the snow as long the students follow the "Frosty 5" rules (see below). We do have some extra hats, gloves, coats etc., if you borrow them they must be returned in order to have enough to share. Thanks!

BUS:

-All buses will drop off and pick up on Main Street. There will be no double parking. No one will be allowed to park in the yellow striped no parking bus zone along Main Street. You may pull up along Leland Street and let your child get out, but do not park and walk them to the door. There will be staff at all doors to help monitor students as they enter the building. Thank you for your continued support.

-Between the hours of 8:00AM and 9:00AM we are asking that you stay behind the fences after drop off. Unless you are in need of visiting the office, remain behind the fence. There is no supervision on the playground until 8:05 AM. Children may come in for breakfast at 7:50AM. If you are not eating breakfast, drop off starts at 8:05AM. If children come in for breakfast, and do not eat they will be asked to go back outside, where there is NO supervision until 8:05AM.

-At pick up, between the hours of 2:00pm-3:00pm please stay back behind the fences, this allows for teachers to clearly see who is picking up their students.

-If your child's transportation should change in any way, please send a note with your child or message your child's teacher on Class Dojo before 12PM.

Dear Parents,

The Regional Office of Education 35 is partnering with TPMA as our strategic consultant to conduct a study regarding the impact of early childcare in our region.

From your view as parents with childcare needs, this survey is meant to gather information about your accessibility to early childcare, barriers, and effects on employment and career development. Your participation will support and guide the regional childcare priorities and build a shared vision to support working parents in our region.

Your participation is voluntary, and information will be kept confidential and used only for research purposes. The survey is also available in Spanish. The survey is open through Monday, April 1.

Here are the links to the surveys:
