In the months of December and January our students have been working hard on many projects. In Kindergarten we are learning about foreground and background and will be doing a clay project when we come back from break. Our first graders are wrapping up a self-portrait and will be making a pinch-pot animal. The second graders are learning about Gustav Klimt’s Baby in a Cradle and creating a picture based off of that. The third graders are painting using the complementary colors and color value. And lastly, our fourth graders are finishing their winter metal hanging decoration and will be starting a Cubism styled picture when we come back from break.
