Fourth grade students have been having fun and working hard! In writing, students have done a wonderful job of writing personal essays about a person, place, or object that matters to them. During math they have been learning how to solve two digit times two digit multiplication problems. Reading has consisted of StoryWorks stories and Christmas readings that review important fiction and nonfiction skills. Finally, students have enjoyed learning about the different human body systems during science. We will soon begin exploring the Southeast region of the United States.
We are proud of how hard the students have been working and persevering while learning new skills. All of the classes have been earning incentives for good behavior and responsibility. We hope everyone had an enjoyable break and we are looking forward to getting back into the swing of things!
