February has been a busy month in 3rd grade. We celebrated the 100th day of school with some reading, writing, and grammar activities. We also had a Super Bowl celebration during which we read about the history of the Super Bowl and used math to graph our Super Bowl predictions. In Social Studies we started learning about our environment. We talked about the regions of the United States and learned about the difference between weather and climate. During writing, we reflected on kindness and wrote about how to show kindness to others. We also spent time learning about Valentine's Day and had a blast at our Valentine's Day party. Overall February was a busy month full of celebrations.
